All content published on the Website, including but not limited to text, data, analyses, graphics, photographs, illustrations, maps, logos, trademarks, trade names, software code, page layouts, and the overall design and arrangement of the Website, is the exclusive property of Angola LNG Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Angola LNG Intelligence name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Angola LNG Intelligence. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans that appear on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Website and its content for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license, and that your submitted content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

5. Registration and Accounts

6. Premium Content and Subscriptions

Angola LNG Intelligence may offer premium content, subscription services, exclusive intelligence briefings, and other paid products or services through the Website. Access to premium content is governed by the following additional terms:

6.1 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions grant access to designated premium content for the duration of the subscription period. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and included features are specified on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Payment and Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you of any price changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@angolalng.org. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge for investigation and potential resolution.

6.4 License Restrictions

Premium content is licensed to the individual subscriber or, for institutional subscriptions, to the designated number of authorized users within the subscribing organization. Premium content may not be shared, redistributed, or made available to non-authorized individuals or entities. Violation of these license restrictions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, DATA, ANALYSES, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANGOLA LNG INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND TIMELINESS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

15. Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND ANGOLA LNG INTELLIGENCE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, BOTH YOU AND ANGOLA LNG INTELLIGENCE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Angola LNG Intelligence concerning your use of the Website. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Angola LNG Intelligence with respect to the Website.

18. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this section shall be null and void.

20. Force Majeure

Angola LNG Intelligence shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, cyberattacks, power outages, telecommunications failures, or interruptions in third-party services.
